Channing Tatum is known for many of his iconic acting performances, including his role in the movie Magic Mike. He has been in headlines recently as he and his current love interest — British singer, Jessie J — seem to have broken up yet again.

A Back-and-Forth Relationship

Several news outlets confirmed that the on-again-off-again couple broke up for the second time in mid-March. Channing Tatum and Jessie J originally began dating toward the end of 2018, around the time that Channing’s ex-wife filed for divorce.

Tatum’s relationship with Jessie J lasted a little over a year before they broke up for the first time. In January of 2020, they reconciled and agreed to try to make their relationship work.

Despite the effort from both parties in the relationship, there were still issues popping up. Those issues were the same as those that caused the original breakup in 2019. While Channing and Jessie J do love and care for each other, they agree that they didn’t work as a couple.

Sources have said that their most recent break was amicable. They also realize that the two are better off being friends.

Channing Tatum Seeking Interest in the Single Life

According to several news outlets and U.K. tabloids, Channing Tatum has apparently reactivated his Raya account. Raya is a private dating app that is supposedly only used by celebrities.

While neither Channing nor Jessie J has commented on their breakup in a public manner, Channing’s friends have stated that he is interested in being single.

According to Channing, he wants to work on himself and enjoy the single life by having fun. He is hoping to do this now that he is not with Jessie.

Channing Tatum, who recently celebrated his 40th birthday, has a six-year-old daughter. He shares 50/50 custody with his ex-wife, Jenna Dewan.
